The breakfast hall on the top floor offers fine views of Kiel, making morning meals a nice experience.

The room was in desperate need of an update and the bathroom lighting was insufficient, making it quite difficult to see clearly.

The room was large and so was the bathroom - there was a computer for use with a laptop and free internet connection.The breakfast was very good. The reception staff spoke English.

It would have been good to be able to get food at times other than breakfast and international TV would have been great as we did not speak German, the computer was very slow especially on the internet

The property was in the heart of the city.

I booked this hotel via the website that said it had dining facilities. Unfortunately it did not, only a breakfast room.

The location in a shopping area was good and stunning and there were a main shopping street and shopping streets nearby. Furthermore, it was within walking distance of a bus stop.

Perfect location in the city center. I enjoyed a spacious room with a great view. Breakfast on the 10th floor was excellent, and there was free coffee in the lobby. Staff was helpful throughout my stay 🌟

I booked small twin room with additional bed for a child. Room size according to Booked.net is 19m2. Actual room size is much smaller, may be 9m2. Bed were to small for 2 persons. Adminstrator changed the room for next days, for the first night I booked 1 single room next to my familys one. Despite that I would stay there again.

The room was in a shocking state-there was dust thick enough to build a house on the windowsills, and the bathroom was so worn down that it felt unwelcoming and dirty. To make matters worse, the photos displayed on their website showed renovated rooms, but I ended up with an old and dingy room that didn't even begin to match my expectations.

The hotel was fairly clean and the location was marvellous and amazing in the centre of the shopping district. Location: the property was short walk to train station and ferry terminals, and the city center, near shops, bars, central station and port. For dinner, we went to Subway, it was a walking distance from the venue.

Ability of the staff to reorganised and mobilized the room when I request to extend the stay for another one day. It is situated in middle town and the direction tothe universitatklinikum was explained in detail by the deskofficer. The taxi stand was infront to the hotel which is convinient to the client.the wifi signal was strong and free.

I was the room for almost 13 day and the mineralwasser was given twice only and the tea bag has not been provided as a daily basis. You can take back the liqour or any alcoholic drink if it is burdened on the cost. The tv programme should include a different langguage at least english and more preferable if providing cnn, bbc, jazeera as such.. The room service personal entered the room without ask the permission and sometime I feel not comfortable ( you can knock the door first and ask permission or you provide inner lock or any tag on the door knob E.g "please tidy up the room" or " dont disturb".

Internet connection was almost none, which is very bad; in the bathroom, no facility to place my own toilette instruments, which is very uncomfortable;

The room provided a decent amount of space, with large windows giving nice views of the city. The breakfast area on the top floor offered fine vistas. Staff at check-in were efficient and helpful. The amenities seemed outdated. The bathroom was lacking proper lighting and had maintenance issues, specifically with a leaky shower. Despite the location being fantastic, as it allowed easy access to public transport, the noise from external events was quite disruptive, especially since I could hear late-night partying from my room. There was dust accumulation on surfaces that really needed attention.

TV stations in the room only in German. It would be nice to have at least English stations as well.

Hotel perfectly situated in the shopping center of Kiel. Friendly staff.

Terrible beds. Madresses very hard and unconfortable. Beds sliding on the floor making it impossible to sit on the bed with ones back against the wall. The two beds slides apart when moving in your sleep. Only German TV :-(((
